It gave me a list of practical, 5-minute daily actions — no budget spreadsheets or guilt trips required.

I started with the prompt:

Design a 30-day save-more challenge, customized to my goals, habits, and lifestyle. I want to spend about 5 minutes per day on this.

Here are a few sample days from my custom plan:

Day 1: Define your three savings goals
Day 3: Review Monarch categories
Day 10: Price-compare a regular bill
Day 19: Celebrate a small win
Day 24: Tiny experimental cut - Challenge yourself to skip one small spend today and save that amount.

It even gave me a short description for each one.

You can customize it with:
